Matthew Wood is based in Liverpool. He has worked as a composer, musical director and performer in repertory and international touring theatre, from Kuwait to Ballybofey. He also composes for radio drama, and peforms as a singer / guitarist / accordionist.

Matthew's debut release was the highly-acclaimed 'Run Away', a track which appeared on last year's'Extended Play' EP. The song received Radio One airplay from John Peel in August '04 and attracted comparisons to the likes of Nick Drake and James Yorkston.
